Hello, my name is Shelby Higgins! I'm a petite girl who loves sharing fashion finds, beauty products and just living life. I was born in a small town in northern Illinois but moved to the "big city" of Peoria in 2011. I am the Director of Marketing for a great hospitality group which includes; five restaurants, a brewery, catering company and an event venue. As you can imagine it keeps me very busy, but in my free time I enjoy blogging/content creating, drawing, reading a good book, and most of all spending time with my husband and dogs. I've been lucky enough to travel to amazing places around the world and experience great cuisine and libations. I created this blog to share my adventures, great finds and ideas with you. I met Ryan shortly after moving to Peoria. We worked together at a sushi bar. Ryan and I dated for three years, then got married in 2015. He makes me a better person every day. I'm truly lucky to have him in my life!
Onyx
This sweetheart has been in our lives since 2013. She is a total daddy's girl! Onyx loves to snuggle and lick your face till you push her away. Her worst habit is eating stuff off the coffee table!
Copper
This cutie is Onyx's big sister. She's a big mama's girl! Copper loves playing with her blankets and rolling around crazy on the floor. Her worst habit is getting in the garbage!
